Sigh. I rushed the last update (I've been pretty busy in real life) and forgot to set the engram to be given the player when the player learns it. This update should (finally) make the pistol craft-able in the player inventory, for the cost of 1 vanilla tek pistol.

Fixed the crafting requirements of the pistol. It now costs 1 Tek Phase Pistol (the official vanilla pistol). It can now be crafted on the player.

I did it this way so I didn't have to add my own bench just for one item. Supposedly the bug that has prevented modders from adding items to vanilla crafting stations (easily) might get fixed, and if/when it does, I will change the gun back to regular costs and put it in the replicator.
