Rivets on shoe sign were drawing in front of character. Fixed
Fore ballast was missing its hatch light on the status display. Fixed
Armory window wasn't properly flooding when breached. Fixed

Changed battery repair timer to 390-580 on the Bestill-C
Changed standard engine power from 75% -> 66%
Fixed Dubble Jim periscope from focusing on the left gun instead of being centered

Overdrive text corrected to display the proper name of the system
Unhid the wire from one of the door control buttons
EDCs were mislabeled. Corrected.
A-deck water detector wire tucked behind the floor
Overdrive system reworked to run off of throttled nav inputs instead of throttled power. Should be more responsive.

Made extra IDs' sprites a different inventory color
Gunnery door sprite depth corrected to properly show the backing when open
Increased decay timers on most machines. Should be much easier to keep her shipshape now
Make hidden reactor invulnerable
Deleted extraneous light near the armory door in the Bestill-C
Made all exterior spotlights/gunlights "draw behind sub" so they no longer shine into the ship's own interior. Sadly this means they can't shine into wrecks either anymore.
Replaced railgun shell racks with invisible railgun loaders, which increased storage from 6 shells -> 10 shells
Buffed batteries by 30% (2600, 700 recharge rate)
Set all supercapacitor recharge dials to 100%
Deleted weapon holders near the upper hatch. They clipped into the player undesirably when the player is on the ladder
Airlock indicator light in upper airlock set to uninteractable
Slightly changed layout of the medbay to move the medical fabricator up.
Added the rusty coloration to the front spotlight
Added the rusty coloration to the railgun supercapacitor
Blacked out lights in the hidden light junction boxes above the junction room
Deleted tiny light behind chaingun box
Make armory lights subtler and weapon holders more prominent
Ruin decal in armory changed to from .770 ->.870 sprite depth so it doesn't draw in front of the poster

Fixed an issue where the captain's door was unopenable on the Bestill-C unless you had no ID card equipped.
