* Use better method of obtaining the survivor death model.
* Cleanup of some ugly code that made me puke. Restored classnames of proper entities so other scripts/plugins can now target the actual body and not the ragdoll.
* Fix duplicate body appearing on top of ragdoll for a milisecond.
