Defib Survivor Ragdolls

NOTICE: As per usual, this addon uses scripts. This will not work in Dedicated servers. Use local/listen servers, or singleplayer instead.
An upside to this is that if you can see this addon's effects, everyone else can.

An alternative version to this addon is Survivor Ragdolls (Global). It's not defibbable ragdolls, but it's what the game was meant to handle way back in L4D1.

- The ragdoll spazzes out when spawned:
This is mainly due to an attempt to replicate the pose of the dying survivor, which is still unfinished. And the results aren't pretty.
The only other option that won't cost me ridiculous time and work is to disable it, which will result in the ragdolls all spawning into the reference position. Much like Lux's current version of his plugin does.

- Most custom survivor model replacements mostly work with this mod.
However..
If the person that hosted the local server a.k.a. the Lobby Host has a mod that changes the model of the ragdoll...
You, or anyone else, will have a high chance to see the ragdoll as a jumbled mess if you/they don't have the same mod installed.
- Now compatible with the Survivor Death Animations mod.

This was inspired by this Sourcemod plugin[forums.alliedmods.net] which achieves a more stable version of this behavior, but most of the VScript code in this addon is my own.
The addon has functionality on all gamemodes and maps, but for Versus it is automatically disabled by Valve.

The tanks playground teleporting-to-closet is also somewhat supported, but it was an absolute pain to support
