Random name randomats ('Noir' and 'Freeze (Randomat Puns)') are always randomised even when triggering multiple times on the same map

- Karma explode randomat displays more messages to make it clear who will explode and who won't
- Karma explode randomat to longer triggers if karma is not enabled
- Karma explode randomat now triggers "Communism" event (or "Pockets" event if it isn't installed) if all players have high karma as a "reward"

- Added 'Noir' event, which replaces 'How dreary', and now uses this playermodel if you have it installed: [Removed link as this was removed in the next update]

- Fixed randomats where players could be stuck scoped in when weapons were changed

- New evemt: 'Blegh!' - Everyone hears a random "Blegh" sound whenever someone dies
- Moved 'DNA scanners for all!' to pack 2 as a new randomat

- The fortnite randomat now shows "[player] WINS!" instead of "INNOCENTS WIN!", and now plays music at the end of the round
- Removed redundant randomat descriptions and changed some randomat names and descriptions to be more clear
- Added a "Gomba stomp" sound effect whenever you jump on someone's head during 'Super Boing'
- Added reminders in chat for randomats that affect dead players and don't have obvious effects, like 'Ghostly revenge' or 'Explosive spectating'
- Added reminders in chat for when some easy-to-forget randomats trigger, for example: 'Don't RDM', 'Unbelievable guilt' or 'Gunfire'
- Explosive barrels are now removed when the 'Zero friction!' randomat activates to prevent unexpected deaths
- While prop damage immunity is on during 'Zero friction!', anyone holding a prop blaster or prop launcher (with ammo remaining) has the weapon removed and a credit refunded. A message displays when you try to buy either of these weapons during this randomat
- 'Delayed start' now displays a message before triggering a randomat so you know why a randomat triggered

- Fixed boomerangs not being given back consistently during 'Boomerang Fu!'
- Fixed 'Gun Game 2.0' giving floor weapons that deal no damage, like the rocket thruster
- Fixed 'Gun Game 2.0' letting you drop the weapons given and not giving an initial weapon to players that are rezzed/respawned
- Fixed randomats that strip you of all weapons not giving back your crowbar, magneto stick and "holstered" when they end
- Fixed players never being set on fire during 'Gunfire' if they don't shoot after being respawned
- Fixed 'Who's who?' not hiding player names for traitors if Custom Roles is installed

- 'Pistols at Dawn' and 'Ban an Event!' can no longer trigger at the same time as other weapon changing or voting randomats
- Fixed descriptions of randomats not updating if their convars were changed on the same map as they were triggered
- Fixed randomats that give out random weapons not greying out what was given to you in the buy menu, for example during 'Let's mix it up...'

- 'Ending flair' now uses the sounds and logic from my standalone "Round end sounds" mod, namely:
- Added 20+ new sounds
- Added convars to turn on/off any one sound individually
- Now plays sound depending on whether you win or lose locally, sound is only heard by those that won/lose with you, everyone else hears a different sound
- Jester/independent role wins play special sounds for everyone
- Fixed triggering more than once a map
- Renamed 'People are crabs' to 'Crab walk' to avoid confusion with 'Crabs are people' event from Mal's randomat mod
- 'Role Shuffle' now swaps everyone's roles, rather than selecting completely new ones
