Reduced the frequency of the attacks to once every 2 in game days, should help with the city not being able to keep it up with certain settings or mods.

Fixed endlessly repeating dialogue for the custom recruits, added more lines of dialogue to Zai (healing lines), same for Pakbot.

Changed the starting relations to 50 for the 2 starts included in the mod, to prevent being kidnapped when you sleep in town. For everyone else, please wait until you ally yourself before sleeping :p
