Fixed using the wrong tradition trigger, that led to such things as Gestalts getting +2 TV on their modules.

Fixed the Autofab not providing the -10% upkeep if you have the origin and the civic.

Buffed the civic to give +20% factory production overall.

Buffed the civic to only give a 30% production malus.

Buffed the civic to provide 1 of each basic resource module.

Fixed issues with habitats deciding they don't like their deposits.
