Nerfed the Research techs again, scrapped their higher tier versions and modified a few of the techs to be less annoying.

And now the Society Tech resource tech should now work properly. Also there is now two new techs. Tier 3. Both for trade.

The Robot techs are now gone and have been replaced by techs to strengthen ships.

The weak modifiers which I made to give passive ship hull, armor and shield regen have been buffed by a multiplication of 10x. (Effective change is an increase of +2.3)
There is now techs to increase Planetary sensor range and another to increase planetary amenities.

Replaced old immersion breaking modifier for one that should be less immersion breaking.

New Changes:
Nerfs across the board for research speed increasing techs. (Attempt to improve Balance)
Replaced old Influence Multiplication tech with tech which makes Colony ships really fucking expensive but each ship spawns an extra colonist once they land.
Added a tech to hopefully make it viable to actually research all 5 repeats of the previous tech without making colonization impossible. (Reduce Colony Ship Cost tech)
There is now a tech which gives static shield regen like there was for armor and another for the hull itself.
All the resource capacity techs have been changed, the society ones has been buffed a bit to match the others while the others were "nerfed" by half with that half being replaced by the original effect of the techs. Meaning that while yes, the techs still add pan-resource capacity increase, it now gives less unless it's the correct resource.

Increased across the board the amount of research required to complete my techs. Except the unlocking techs.

Boom, now there is tech description localization and a new tech.
The new tech adds housing. (Tier 3 Engineering)

I finally got around to it, but now 3 broken techs now work like they are supposed to. I think that means there's only one more to fix, but I don't know which one is broken right now.
