Fixed a bug that caused the game to crash if, after being wounded or disbanded Eldariel,
entering the lord recruitment menu would cause the game to crash.

Changes:

Passives Traitor of Chaos, Elven Heart and Goddes of Love are now available at levels 4, 7, and 10, respectively.
Elven Heart and Goddes of Love diplomacy bonuses have been changed to 30 and 60 respectively.
