fixes and improvements to recombinators level
+resumption of freemove after gambiling on dogs
+rebalance of fight dogs HPs
+toughened up Dr Frank, gave armor, many grenades
+toughened up Dr Frank's zombies
+fixed key not dropping. now you can take over the base by using the security panel in the back (top) of the map.
+added prisoner that you can free. freeing the prisoner gives bonus in end game battle
+possible fix for RC5 max hp which seems to always go to 200
+added new option to cab 'go to old base' which will bring you
to the empty base for each key you have (if you want to move into another base or access the empty version)
+few more balance changes and tweaks to Fight-In Club
+enhanced base computer so you can take over already-conquered bases every time, instead of having to reclear them out
+new feature: base emergency escapes. these consoles will allow to abandon your base in the face of an overwhelming assault. they get
activated only when your base is attacked.
+added 'security consoles' that can be used to take control of fortuna444, wotworx and recombinator bases (more reliably than before)

+number of small fixes
+focused on fortuna map. fixed digital safe not working, added some cover, made sex dolls +1 ap, fixed taxs (only backdoor taxi called it), other small things
+ redid Matrix alarm. when alarm is triggered aIs will attack either
your body/host, or your persona, more reliably. get out when the alarm is triggered!
+ on defense / base fortuna map, fixed income upgrade cost from 1000 to 500; disabled ATM which gave out a nuBTC every day
+ for new 'emergency escape' feature, you will now lose the key
for the base if you have to abandon the base
+just disabled the whole small stupid trigger that kept crashing the bar. after 50 tries, only idea why that simple usual trigger caused a crash was it couldn't find some animation poses for certain random runners. anyways, deleted it! yay crash free bar again. for reals.

+save'on'security base fixes. side right door working now (right when you get inside). take over base by picking up key instead
of killing boss. SoS base computer fix and gun range special tweaked
+2 more special random encounter vendors added to matrix (now 9 in total). New vendors have random assortment of cool stuff, including more uncommmon guns from the Street Samurai Catalog
+re-fixed matrix alarm, should really be finally fine now
+balance changes to second Fall-In Fight Pit challenger
+toned down the adepts in the cemetary encounters
+ nuBTC ATM in fortuna loft now has daily 1/4 chance of having a nuBTC coin in it

v1082 update
-Tons of bug fixes, including:
-base max pop not reducing sometimes after firing runners
-activating RC5 robo at OCP fixed
-added chance to fire runner to free slot to hire RC5 when activated
-fixed some hacking challenges were player characters decking ability was not being checked
-lowered many safe difficulties
-changed NARRVAN encounter to unlock at 6 or 7 bases taken out
-NARRVAN encounter drops locations to all enemy bases
-Fixed long-time bar problem of disappearing single runners (when you open the door) and crashes in bar back room.
-Fixed dropping of key in CoZ level. Other tweaks to CoZ
-[Balance] Increased starting heat of non-nerds on Matrix
-[Balance] Enemy black ice will now better swarm and attack player
when Matrix heat level hit.
-Fixed defenses of OCP [ they were not firing] and changed placements of defenders and attackers
-[Balance] Set 3 AP unlock at 110 karma
-[Balance] Set 4 AP to unlock at 200 karma
-Improved placement of enemies in random heists on Matrix.
