Updated to resolve changes made by Frontier update.

Final update until the Outposts update. Added sprinkler to reactor that activates on the smoke detector. Reworked upper docking hatch wiring again - should not spasm now. Added automatic closing to the armory because asking security officers to close a damned door is too much to ask. Merged wrecked ship into the Mauser sub file to allow hosted servers to no longer require the mod installed.

Reworked armory. Improved security. Fixed issue with console text (probably). Further improvements to the upper docking hatch. Added directions in engineering. Tweaked hulls. Reduced engine to lower duration of brown-outs.

Added security door to armory that only opens automatically if room is fully flooded and door has been closed for 3.5 seconds. Added switch to upper docking hatch to toggle human motion above the hatch forcing it open. Change permission for hatch under the navigation console to captain only. Removed items from armory cabinet and added to secure container - stock what you want and stow the rest.

Resolved lower ballast hatch closing issue. Main ballast now compensates for lower ballast being empty when lower dock is docked to. A few more decorative tweaks added.

Included switch override for control room hatch and door automation. Added detailing for on what the button next to the lower docking hatch does. Added detailing and glass for auxillary engine. Added more automation on lower ballast hatch.

Added top docking port to drone so this can now complete the mission or be collected by the Mauser if out of battery. Connected trigger from the drone periscope to the airlock door - use caution. Fine tuned doors and waypoints further. Added power supply to lower docking port.
