Update (24)
Converted config to a more up-to-date version to fix various issues related to changes made to homing/smart projectiles a while ago.

NOTE: Since its new variables/options to control the homing behavior the conversion might not be a 1:1 vs old. But should be kinda close as a first pass to get it up and running.

- TypeID on all blocks: SmallMissileLauncher => ConveyorSorter. For performance reasons among other things
- Ammo in assemblers got moved from components to consumables
