Added support WeaponCores new way of handling projectile health and damage vs projectiles

Also removed target override, will hopefully help with missile targeting

HotFix: M12 Swarmer and M8 doing more damage than intended

note: might require balance tweaks..

-Update-
- Fixed M-12 Swarmer, should now work correctly with blocks all around it. Sadly the fix required me to rotate the model so already placed blocks will probably be rotated as well.
- Added extra conveyor ports to M-12 Swarmer
