no pickup cap:
-add setting so people can have the mod in shop mode at all times
-add setting so people can have all pickups affected by shop mode, not just coins
-mod now automatically gets the current hud offset (in repentance)
-fixed some floating point rounding errors that could sometimes mess with the config menu
-if you are at capacity for a pickup type and run into one it will now bounce off you instead of getting picked up and wasted
-pickup cap doesn't take effect while you're still in the config menu (stop you from losing your pickups if your setting passed over 0)

no health cap:
-fixed bug that could allow the health cap to occasionally be saved/loaded as a negative value beyond the designated 'default' and 'infinite'
-mod now automatically gets the current hud offset (in repentance)
-if you are at capacity for a heart type and run into one it will now bounce off you instead of getting picked up and wasted
-fixed mod sometimes trying to sort the extra hearts every frame instead of only when the hearts are updated
-heart cap doesn't take effect while you're still in the config menu (stop you from losing your health if your setting passed over 0)
-fixed bone hearts sometimes not being removed if the heart cap was lowered
-fixed holy mantle shield icon sometimes appearing when you didn't have the effect if you were using forgotten or soul and the partner had less than the normal max hearts
-fixed a couple checks confusing the players effective max hp (space for red hearts) with their number of heart containers + bone hearts (not always the same)
-fixed rotten hearts in extra health not spawning flies
-fixed mod sometimes letting you totally run out of 'real' health if you used razor/blood machine/etc on your last red heart (was working fine if you had soul/black hearts in extra health but not if you had bone hearts)
-fixed hp ups sometimes not getting applied if you had extra health slots filled with bone hearts
-added check for magdelene having birthright, it now increases your health cap by 6, rather than setting it to 18 (no effect if limit is set to infinite)
-mod should now handle broken hearts properly, your health limit is reduced by the number of broken hearts (no effect if limit is set to infinite)
