## Rage
- Rage is now generated based on damage taken before reductions. Overall increases average Rage gains by 50-100%.
- Rage generated from all damage taken multiplier from 100% to 150%
- Rage from spell damage dealt multiplier from 10% to 20%
- Rage from attack damage dealt from 50% to 100%
- Rage from damage dealt to creeps multiplier from 20% to 15%.
- Rage degradation timer now also resets from casting abilities, same behavior as out-of-combat regeneration.

## General
- Disabled following heroes TEMPORARILY to get a better view of what heroes need help without being carried by the top-end of the hero list: Bloodseeker, Juggernaut, Life Stealer, Shadow Fiend, Pudge, Sniper, Spectre. Witch Doctor, Zeus, Silencer, Outworld Devourer, Phantom Lancer, Phantom Assassin, Rubick, Centaur Warrunner, Slark, Troll Warlord, Bristleback, Tidehunter
## Conqueror's Splint
- No longer has a guaranteed chance to auto-attack in retaliation. Instead has a 20%/25%/35%/50%/75% chance to auto-attack with bonus damage instead of dealing its flat return damage.
- Stacking splints increases chance, but cannot trigger more than once per cooldown.
## Martyr's Bulwark
- Chain Lightning's return damage and on-hit components have seperate internal cooldowns
