Oeridia finally winterized.

Globally fixes provinces shapes (it's still a rather rough work) and add a winter layer.

Other changes include less unpassable borders (replaced by more mountain passes and crossable rivers), mountain and highlands inversion fix, some terrain modifications to add a bit more diversity in some regions.
