  • Vredeman, the Cloaked Figure no longer has Knockback
  • Knockdown Arrows cost increased to 3AP
  • Ballistic Shot damage reduced to 90% from 100%
  • Ballistic Shot range reduced to 10m from 13m

Bug fixes
  • Huntsman Mastery: Eagle-Eye now accurately hits enemies with 100% dodging
  • Summons now correctly gain Cooldown Reset in combat
  • Act 2 Scarecrows no longer apply Terrified Aura through Willpower

Enemy changes
  • Several enemy encounters in Reaper's Coast have gained new skills, putting them roughly on par with player builds! This is a work in progress and more enemies will be updated. Today, the Magisters around town have been overhauled, as well as several nearby Voidwoken enemies and Ryker's bodyguards.

Bug fixes
  • Egalitarian has been fixed!
  • Polymorph skins in existing saves should now extend properly with Mastery: Evolution

Balance changes
  • Constitution vitality increase boosted to 6% (from 5%)
  • Egalitarian range increased to 3m
  • Slowed, Chilled, Crippled, Oiled and Shocked now reduce dodge rate by 50% (from 30%)
  • Forced Exchange now no longer works on characters with Willpower
  • Forced Exchange cooldown changed to 3 from -1 (it can now be used more than once per combat)
