Updated British Mark V Landship/Tank.

* Fixed the Ignition
* Added manual Clutch
* Removed the RPS and Tourqe Gears and put the tourqe on always on.

The tank now goes in 8 Km/h instead of 20 which is lame, but is still way more historically accurate.
