• After a long week of everyday tested and entire game dissected line-by-line, we have come to a conclusion that majority of the lag comes from couriers, which were changed in latest 7.39 patch
• As such, we have disabled couriers entirely and enabled global shop across entire map. This obviuosly has certain other issues and implications, and we'll be improving it incrementally going forward
• We'll also continue our tests in attempts to restore couriers, from tomorrow
• Considering that the game is relatively stable, we are disabling free Golden Boost, and providing compensation Gift Code for 8 days of Golden Booster: prom-2f9b-0ad8-29fb-48a5
• We will try to re-enable full 12v12 as soon as possible, as well as get other issues fixed. Thank you for your patience and dedication to Dota 12v12!

• Instant delivery REPLACED with massive bonus to courier movement speed - couriers for Booster and Golden Booster now have 20000 base movespeed. (NOTE: this means that items won't be placed into your inventory anymore if you're outside of the base, you'll have to use courier - it's just fast)
• Turned off cosmetic pets for now
