Removed the terminal controls from thrusters with no flame, since they wouldn't have any effect anyways, they would just clutter up the termiinal.

Added some protection against the NullReference exception occurring to the terminal control functions.

Fixed issue with colored thrusters not showing up when loaded from blueprints because the terminal control has not been created yet when the Init tries to update their visuals.

- Implement OnCustomDataChange to be notified when someone changes the colors of a thruster in multiplayer

Fixed a cast issue I introduced when implementing the support for block colors

Fixed issue with paint jobs where the block would lose its color after reload. Also fixed the problem with only being able to build the thrusters in grey.
