Updated the plain javascript i was using to moment.js. So the mistake that 24-h clock that showed 'h' format now will show as 'hh'.

This project initially was kind of my hobby with Wallpaper Engine and my early day in College when the first time I was know about web stuff like html, css, and js. Because recently a comment in my Aurora w/ clock 24-h i decided to update all of my Wallpaper Engine with my knowledge right now, which is using moment.js. I know moment.js was stop developing per Sept 2020, but for this stuff I think it's good enough. Hope y'all that subscribed to my workshop enjoy it.
