Devil of the Rhine

This mod adds a little event chain to Germany and a Decision for other (player-controlled) countries to get Tanya von Degurechaff (Germany) or Tanya Degurechaff (other countries) from the anime "Youjo Senki" / "Saga of Tanya the Evil" as a corps commander.

She has a new trait "Devil of the Rhine" if recruited by Germany, which gives her an out_of_supply_factor, the glider_planes ability and buffs for special forces. She also has the the harsh_leader trait. If recruited by other countries, she has the commando and the scavenger trait instead of the "Devil of the Rhine" trait (As she has not served at the Rhinefront).

The first event fires after you declare war on France, the second one fires 15 days after that, and finally the third one (which gives you the General) is two months after that. This event chain cannot fire for Germany if the Player (as another country) has recruited her. Also another country cannot recruit her if the event chain for Germany has launched.

Viktoriya Serebryakov can also be recruited by Germany alongside Tanya in exchange for a longer wait time. She will also be automatically be recruited by Germany if Tanya gets snatched away by another country (as it is hard to guarantee getting Tanya in MP). While her traits are more generic than Tanya or Mary she shouldn't be underestimated either!

In addition Mary Sioux can spawn in the USA (or can be recruited by decision) if Germany has recruited Tanya, and you are at war with Germany. She gains the Reckless trait, and bonuses to Breaktrough and Recovery Rate.
