This map is ported from the original vmf! Thanks mr.25!

Fixes i did on this port:

- Fixed stage spawns so you don't get stuck anymore.
- Fixed refract textures.
- Fixed ladders
- Fixed Bonus 2 Exploit.
- Added trigger_multiples for surftimers
- Optimized.
- Forced angles on teleports.

Gud map, 10/10 would not surf again.
