Sparky's British Seaside Buildings

Description
A set of three 1X2 shops, low commercial level 1 to level 3. Garden can expand up to 1X4. Based on victorian shops often seen in British seaside towns.

Uses randomised props so each shop looks a bit different, including eleven randomised shop names.

Make sure you subscribe to my randomised shop signs and to my walls and fences pack otherwise the shop names and fences will be missing.

Level one is a basic shop, level two gets bay windows on the upper floor and a larger rear extension, level three gets a third floor extension and bay windows.

All have custom LODs and night lighting. 600 to 1200 triangles depending on level, LODs are 34 to 44 triangles depending on level.

I'm planning on releasing enough buildings to cover all zone types and densities with multiple grid sizes. It's going to take a while though, I'm concentrating on low density first.

Are you going to be releasing a second set of shops along with the second set of houses? Brilliant job with all of these!

@Severon: these aren't tourism related businesses though, just normal shops. I'm planning some hotels and amusement arcades but I want to get the standard buildings done first.

Fantastic stuff! I love seeing more British assets. Although, Im curious. Wouldn't this be more fitting under the Commercial - Tourism sector? There's a real lack of British assets for Lesiure and Tourism
