Mini-Drones says it self what it is.
They are 1 Large-Block wide and 2,25 blocks long.

Can hold 30k in total weight on it's 4 trusters, though fully loaded it weights 19k.
Can tilt and work in a 45 degree angle without problems, but can only tilt 90 degrees at a max load of 14k
