Description
City Gate Cleyra Edition by DeCzaah

This asset is part of the the Cleyra - Custom Assets collection!

This is the cleyra gate, a bent concrete sculpture with integrated spotlights, specially made for creativeDEX' Cleyra project. It is made out of concrete and metal, with a fully colored look. The metal foundation is grey. On top, there are 9 spot lights, to lead your cims the way. This object is
about 15 meters high and
about 45 meters wide.

The model contains
244 tris and
4 random color variations, added ingame through a color mask.

It's a prop, so to find it in game, you need the more beautification mod!

You can find creativeDEX' Cleyra files, also many more assets made by him here.

enjoy!

I agree, these are a bit bright if you put them in an urban setting with lots of surfaces to reflect light (and depending on your ambient occlusion and anti aliasing settings). It's good for a dark area or an entrance to a city, though. A dim version with lights to match the respective arch colors would be nice. Thanks for making all these props, I like the light columns a lot.

Ah, good point. Forget I said anything.

@Treetion especially with a kind of an if-clause like: IF prop is near by another of the same type THAN dim light
DeCzaah  [author] 30 May, 2017 @ 3:49am
@Treetion if you show me how to dim lights, sure.

One light by itself is fine, but four gates stacked right next to each other just make it waaaaaaaaay too bright

I think the lights on these gates are way too bright at night. I would suggest dimming them a bit.

Thanks for that idea, I will think about that.

Hey no problem. Um, I had an idea, but not sure if it's even worth mentioning because you're probably working on other projects right now. What about a decorated floor pattern with those colors? which look like tetris pieces all placed together.

Just an idea, great work anyway.

Thank you!
