OCN Formidable-Class Command Cruiser

A Formidable-Class Command Cruiser of the Outer Colonies Navy, designed and manufactured by Europa Fleet Yards. Following major defeats at the battle of 4 Pallas and the Hygiea Incursion the Outer Colonies were prompted to modernize thier aging fleet. The Formidable-Class was one of the first products of the modernization program and now serves as the flagship of serveral OCN battlegroups.

The Formidable was designed to direct and control OCN Fleets while engaging hostile ships. As one of the most well armed vessels in the fleet, the ship carries a strong armament and small fighter wing. Formidable-Class ships serve as one of the cornerstones of OCN fleet operations.
