Good Goody Huts

Description
Goody Huts are improved, and here's how:
-- Twice as many, and can cluster
-- Better rewards appear more often than before
-- Scouts no longer appear too often
-- All huts yield +20 gold, in addition to the reward
-- Twice the experience awarded when claimed
-- No longer need city to find Gold & Faith rewards
-- All rewards can be found from start of game
(i.e. Traders, Builders, Pop Boost)
-- Reward distribution is consistent across all categories

DETAILS:
-- 1 Goody Hut per 64 tiles (was 128).
-- Huts can appear within 2 hexes of each other (min distance was 3).
-- Each hut grants +20 gold in addition to the specific reward. (Gold awards reduced by 20 for balance.)
-- Explorer type untis now gain 10 experience when claiming a Hut (was 5). (NOTE: Explorers type units, such as Scouts, gain experience, whereas Warriors do not, This is the default rule set my Firaxis in code.)
-- The new weighting for reward levels is 20/30/50 (each category has 3).
-- Survivor rewards can now be found at the start of the game (were limited to having a Trader unit already and only after turn 15).
-- Gold & Faith rewards can now be claimed without a city (i.e. before settling).
-- Scouts no longer appear too often due to other rewards in its category being invalid. Healing is invalid whenever the unit claiming a hut is not wounded, and Experience is invalid whenever the unit has a pending upgrade. In each case, the chance of a Scout being found increases significantly. To fix this problem, Healing was disabled.
-- Scout is no longer the most common reward in its category (swapped with Experience - see chart below).

20% - STRATEGIC_RESOURCES
30% - GRANT_SCOUT
50% - GRANT_EXPERIENCE

SCIENCE
20% - ONE_TECH
30% - TWO_TECH_BOOSTS
50% - ONE_TECH_BOOST

SURVIVORS
20% - ADD_POP
30% - GRANT_TRADER
50% - GRANT_BUILDER

I did some testing to clear up our understanding of why there is a difference sometimes between how much gold and faith the game says you found and what you actually got.The Game Speed is the culprit (map size and difficulty settings have no affect). What you are actually rewarded is consistent, but depending on the game speed, the game reports differently.

Nice attempt but this mod completely breaks balance. Like, laughably so. You need to basically scale the mod back by like, 3 times to fix it.

I like that there are a lot more goody huts, but the balance feels broken with all of the stuff you get right at the start.
