Zara
Full Slovakia
Vojvodina and also vojvodina takes 2 provinces from serbia
Full Croatia and Slovenia
Full Transylvania

And gives core to them.

Cores of Yugs, Roms and Czechs are removed, except the cores of releaseble countries like serbia and croatia.
