This is my first crack at modelling for Cities:Skylines. I have no experience to speak of, just learned by searching online tutorials. Model was created in Blender 2.78, textures in PhotoShop (a legitimate copy).

The building is based off the Guardian office in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada. Here's a Google Street View [www.google.ca] shot of the building.

Download if you like, I've tried to be diligent, but I'm still getting the hang of things. I make no promises that it's airtight.

Also, since I really don't care about Interweb prestige and whatnot, if you want the blend model and texture stuff I used here to iterate and improve this asset, give me a shout. I'm here to learn, get better and also improve the game.
