Description
AMERICA (FRANKLIN ROOSEVELT)
Unique Trait: New Deal
Adopting new Social Policies grants a burst of production toward available Production and Food Buildings in all cities. Receive Culture back for any of these Buildings that had already been constructed.

Unique Building: Assembly Plant
The Assembly Plant is the unique replacement for the Factory for America under Franklin Roosevelt. In addition to the regular production boosts provided by the Factory, the Assembly Plant increases the city's Building Production by +5% for each worked Engineer Specialist in the city. This effect is only active during peacetime, however. During war, Production toward Air, Armor, and Siege Units is increased instead. Constructing Assembly Plants in cities will aid in both ensuring your civilization prospers whilst being prepared in the event of war.

Unique Unit: B17
The B17 Bomber is an American Unique Unit, replacing the bomber. It is similar to the bomber, but it is more difficult for enemy anti-aircraft and fighters to target. The B17 also receives a bonus when attacking enemy cities. Like the bomber, the B17's range is 10.
AMERICA (GEORGE WASHINGTON)
Unique Unit: Schooner
The unique Schooner is the American replacement for the Privateer under George Washington. In addition to the standard abilities of the Privateer, the Schooner is especially good at attacking other Privateers. It also fights much better in friendly territory. Keep your Schooners near to your coastal borders and launch attacks on enemy fleets that get too close.
PATCHNOTES

  • Updated Civ Icon, Alpha, and colours thanks to DarthKyofu.

Nice to see some Civ IV nostalgia in the form of FDR leading America.

@Wolfshanze: FDR did go to great lengths to hide his wheelchair, but the public basically knew about it anyway.

Man you don't have a lot of US city names, Skipped a ton on the southern east coast, gulf, texas, Sanfransico, and Anchorage, a few further inland of the US and were not gonna get into New Orleans, But hey just a small gripe. Over vall top near mod, would invade another nation for oil as uncle same again. 9.8/10

Merchant and Engineer Specialists provide a burst of their respective Great People Points whenever you adopt a new Social Policy. +2 Culture from Customs Houses and Manufacturies.

I am not able to use this ability after adopting a policy, the only other mod I use with this one is the UN headquarters mod.

It used to work till last year. Please help

Just to address ExtinctGamer's "Bruh....FDR was in a wheelchair"... FDR himself didn't want people to know he was wheelchair-bound, and went to GREAT EXTENTS to hide it... including the frequent use of steel braces for his legs (under his clothes) that allowed him to both stand and even walk (with help) without a wheelchair.

After the attack at Pearl Harbor, with his son at his side helping him, FDR WALKED down the aisle in front of both Houses of Congress which he addressed at the podium STANDING UP for the duration of his "A date that will live in infamy" speech (which you can see him clearly STANDING in videos of the speech)... so sorr "Bruh", FDR was no stranger to standing.

"THE MORE YOU KNOW" [signal shooting star]

a little late reply, but for public photos and most of his public appearances, FDR's wheelchair was hidden. if necessary, a cane was used. while FDR suffered from the after-effects of polio, his disability waxed and waned throughout the day, making him one of the few known ambulatory disabled leaders.
