Rain effect is way too easy to make, so I'm not going to talk about that. Tried some fog effect hope u guys like it, and i put some effort into making the siren goes from left to right, what u guys think?

I love the design of arkham knight and the red hood in the game, what you guys think? feel free to leave any comment, or even some request.
