BIG BLOCK to SMALL block experiment

This is a work in progress, experimenting with fully re-integrating big block and small block interconnectivity... using a couple of choice mods already on the workshop in a creative manner. I have been able to re-integrate programing block and timer block use of big block devices on a small block platform.
