College Career Level 1-4 - Dashed Line Bot (Under budget w/ < three logic gates)

Description
A simple bot based off the four-sensor tutorial bot but redesigned and reprogrammed to complete the dashed line college level under the budget and using only two logic gates. Unfortunatly, I was unable to make it any faster to complete the time challenge so if anyone can think of a solution feel free to upload a modified version and put the workshop link in the comments.

I just ran the bot again and it completed the level on the third try, it does occasionally miss the last two turns due to the distance between the dashes, which unfortunatly I haven't figured out how to correct. This game never guarantees a bot design will work 100% of the time due to the advanced simulation calculations but it is capable of completeing the level if you retry it a couple of times.
