Cedar Valley (Roads Only)

This is the official savegame of Cedar Valley that I created during my "Let's Design Cities Skylines" series on YouTube.

This savegame is a stripped down version of the full savegame of Cedar Valley and contains the following:

• Road Layout
  
• Rail Layout
  
• Districts
  
• Water/Sewage Pipes
  
• Some Power Lines
  
• Painted Surfaces, Sand and Natural Resources
  
• Trees/Vegetation

Do I really need all of those dependencies to run this?
- You absolutely will need Network Extensions and One-Way Tracks. The rest is up to you.

I subscribed to all of those dependencies but there's stuff from the screenshots that is not there. What gives?
- I only specified the tree/plant assets that are repeated the most. If you want the exact vegetation you see on the screenshots you have 2 options. You can either subscribe to the full collection of assets for this project or use LoadingScreenMod to generate a report of the missing assets and subscribe to them manually.

Do I need any special expansion packs (i.e. Snowfall, After Dark, Natural Disasters, etc...)?
- It seems that Snowfall is the only required expansion. I disabled all the other ones and the map loads fine.

When I try loading the save it says: "The custom map theme used by this map or save is missing"?
- I get that message all the time, as long as the map theme appears in the drop-down window just click "Yes" and it'll load fine.

My whole screen looks blue/gray after loading the map, what do I do?
- I often have this issue when I load the map without quitting to desktop first. This is an issue with the game and not this specific savegame. If restarting the game doesn't work read the following question.

I have an error/crash/freeze, how do I fix it?
- There could be a million things that can go wrong, so the best way to go about this is to isolate the problem. Before you run this savegame unsubscribe to any other mod/asset you have subscribed in the past and ONLY subscribe to the listed dependencies (together with their dependencies too) and always quit to desktop before loading it.
If none of this works, the last resort is to subscribe to my full collection but you'll need at least 16GB of RAM to load.

Can I make my own videos using this map?
- Absolutely, I even encourage it! Just make sure to link back to this asset and/or my "Cedar Valley" playlist on YouTube.
