UI Unit Select: Skulls

Description
This mod makes visual changes to the Unit Cards depending on how you are interacting with them. This makes it easier to see which units you are in control of at the moment as well as easier to track your future unit selection.

- Press a Unit Card and a sort of frame will appear.
- Hover with the mouse over a unit card and three skulls will appear.

I was hoping someone would make something like this. If you revise make the outline red or something a bit bolder.
