No Barbarians

Description
Removed Barbarians.
I personally use it for the earth map pack with true starting locations.
Allows me to disable barbarians thus making late game not take long turns just for barbarians moving through the arctic.

Tried in a Tru Earth scenario mod where I cannot access advanced settings.
Seemed to be working perfectly no Barbarians at all on my starting continent. Very good.
Then a scout reached a far continent and found barbarian encampments they were all primitive.
So seems to work about 90% Not bad :SocialPolicy:

@Heinrich Himmler Some scenarios dont allow you to do that.
This mod is a universal bruteforce method.

You can already remove barbarians, its an option in the advanced option

@rafamilk if you use a scenario though you don't have the option of removing barbarians.

@Rafamilk If you use the option in the world loading thing to disable them they still take turns, so it STILL doesn't fix the problem the guy mentioned in the description.
