Task Force Radio 0.9.8

Description
This is not my mod. I am uploading this mod so that way people who want to use TFAR 0.9.8 can have everything needed to make missions and use the mod correctly. To install TFAR correctly you need to move the TFAR plugins from the TeamSpeak 3 folder into your TS3 client plugins folder, if you need help getting it set up check it out on youtube its literally a 5 minute video to set it up.

I'm only giving arma players the chance to use the old TFAR stuff that actually works well with TS3, i'll update to see if this mod will continue to work with ARMA 3 and TS3
