@jara200024: If you start as one of them, you get an event that spawns the other somewhere nearby. Otherwise, you could edit the prescripted empire, save it, and then it will let you set the spawning stuff manually.

@JP: Lol, very old unused assets. I don't even remember what the plans were for them >.<

Ok I checked my mods and found 2 outdated ones, one of them was responsible, now i can use both the Asari republics and the corporate version, but something i notice is that since they aren't custom empires I can't force spawn them, is there any way to do so?

Color Variant 7 is kind of.. interesting.

@jara200024 Hmm... strange. Republics have two versions. One for Federation DLC owners, and one without DLC dependencies. At least one should be available to you.
Other than that, Corporate Interests requires Megacorp.

The only other thing I can think of that could make the prescripted empires unavailable is a mod conflict. If you are using any mods that alter vanilla civics, traits, origins, etc.

I'm curious, does this mod have any dlc dependencies? I just subscribed to it twice but I can't use the Asari republics because it says it eother has errors or needs dlcs that are disabled (I also just subscribed to it so i haven't altered the files in any way

UPDATE!
The mod should be playable again with Stellaris 4.1.0+!
There are more things coming (there are some localisation-related error log warnings that will be addressed later, and we're also working on a proper city set to replace the placeholder, please ignore the low quality for now) but hopefully this hotfix at least squashes all the mechanical bugs. Thank you for your patience! >o<

Due to a few structural changes, it's probably not backwards compatible with 4.0, so please update Stellaris if you are planning to use this mod.

Aaaa! Ooops! I apparently didn't mention it here! >.<
Update! Is coming! But we've decided to wait for Shadows of the Shroud coming in about a week, since it will likely require its own compatibility update, so we'll just mash all the fixes into that!
In the meantime, we are super sorry for the trouble everyone is experiencing, we won't delay the SotS patch any longer than absolutely necessary! >.<

There's also the bonus_pop_growth in mec_asari_trait_core, which is coded to scale with the amount of "compatible" species on a planet. Now imagine running a nearly humanoid-only galaxy with a lot of fairly egalitarian and xenophile empires who all have migration treaties with each other.

Yeah. After 300 years in a test game, the Asari population is over 90% of the galaxy, and at 1.5 million pops over THIRTY times larger than the second-largest one.
