X80-Cookiie

Description
The X80 Proto is a vehicle found in GTA V. It's a replica of the Ferrari F80 Concept car.
Because it has such an unusual, but somewhat amazing look, I decided to build it in Homebrew.

The Looks:
With the curved plates getting fixed in the latest update, I was able to make the plates look quite realistic, making the X80 one of my favourite builds.

The plates are currently in black and white, but with some little magic you can color them in the tuner to your liking.

Power:
Of course, the X80 being a sportscar, I also didn't cheap out on the technical side of things. Equipped with two E-Power motors not only great acceleration can be accomplished, but also a nice sound (which is way to quiet as of right now...). For added awesomeness two 2 stroke engines provide a nice stuttering sound effect when the you let go of the gas. A Falcon 6D gives some bonus power.
All in all the X80 drives quite realistically and is able to drift at low speeds, still staying stable when driving faster.
Watch out though, that driving in Turbo mode makes the whole vehicle more unstablea and therefore harder to drive.

Features:
  • To be able to provide a superior driving experience, the X80 can drive both on manual mode and automatic drive.

  • The number plate can be quickly changed by pressing "H"

  • Realistic gear stick movement

  • winged doors (open/close with "G")

  • GTA IV horn meldody (Liberty city) (play with "C" or pushing in left stick)

  • exhaust fire and sounds (toggle with "L")

  • Turbo mode with limited fuel

Explanations:

Manual/Automatic mode:
Entering this mode is simple. Just shift up or down once to switch to manual mode. To enter automatic drive mode press "K" or the "Y" button on controller.

Driving backwards on controller:
Hold down the "A" button whilst giving gas to reverse

Turbo:
Turbo mode is activated by default. You can toggle it by pressing "T" or the left button on the cross on the controller.
With it being active an additional epower motor with max watts gets activated, providing a lot of additional power. This boosts up the acceleration significantly, but comes at the risk at rather difficult driving capabilities. Also, it only has a limited power supply which is shown in a "monitor". You can see if Turbo is currently on by looking at the position of the neon pipe under the display. If it's on the drivers side, Turbo is active.

Changelog 31.10.16:
  • changed front to be more flat
  • added additional black plates on the inside
  • turbo mode (new switch under the display)
  • exhaust fire and sounds
  • now using one epower motor + one for the turbo
  • removed electric motors
  • added front light which activates at night
