Insurgency 2 Explosion sounds

Description
Just made this addon for personal use originally, but I decided to publish them here.

Features:

Explosion sound will do a C4, M67/F1 or rocket explosion.
New throw sound for the S.L.A.M.
New rocket sound.

Also made this for Half-Life 2: Deathmatch:

Idk, this replaces the default hl2 sounds only
