I don't know if this is what you intended, because there's a lot of extra space, but once you've jumped the blue pit you just coat the hallway with orange to make a runway. Then, make a portal opposite the red lasers, hit the button to turn them off, and then run down the hall. It seems like you had something more complicated in mind, maybe?
