This mod: Unlocks Horse culture in the ruler designer
Adds over 250 male and female Horse names from history, literature, and pop culture
Adds over 40 Horse dynasty names
Changes map color for Horse culture to a comely magenta.
Gives Horse culture the same game rules as Mongol culture (Horde = yes, allowed to raid neigh-bors, etc)

COMPATIBILITY:
Should work with anything that doesn't specifically modify the Horse culture. Confirmed working with Ruler Designer Unlocked and other Ruler Designer-affecting mods.
