Adds The Minutemen led by Preston Garvey from Fallout 4.




Unique Ability: At A Minute's Notice
Units may instantly travel to any of your cities if next to an owned city. Units may trespass on city state borders without angering them.

Unique Unit: Laser musketeer
Replaces the XCOM Squad. Cheaper to produce than the standard XCOM Squad and is available at lasers, though it's weaker.

Unique Building: Recruitment Beacon
Replaces the Broadcast Tower. Increases great people generation by 25% although no great work slot and no base culture generation. Provides +2 food.
