But - and I'm sure its been said - your logic behind not liking the cross is just, in all honesty, silly.
1: not only are hospitals a place to go to heal, which makes it represent healing;
2: yes you are out in the field. you know what else is often in the field? field medics. and they usually have a cross on their armor to distinguish them from regular soldiers.
3: med-kits also always have crosses on them as well. even in the game, the salve kit has a cross on it.
The cross has always been a symbol of health and medicine, long before the heart took its place. Not just for hospitals, but all health and medicine.
yes the good ol fashioned starbound with its old hud. :)
the older hud sorta worked better since each slot acted like an inventory slot.
long story short instruments could be played though things like being in ball form etc
yes its entirely client-sided..only the people who have it subbed will see it.
as you guessed is just simply replaces the crosses that appear while regaining health with hearts.
