W&S to go up and down A&D to turn left and right
How To: First you must be droped into the water and as soon as you spawn even before you get into the water turn the propellers to max. Then goto HALF to slowly submerge and goto FULL to slowly merge. do a little of both and you can stay under water. can reach 8Kn

works the same way as my first U-boat! (you could get inspired by my v4, for speed immerged, and slower when surfacing...!
