Description
Ever been invited around to someone's place, only to find they live in an ugly grey steel shack?

No problem, just FLY your own luxury beach house and plop it down in the lake next to their base

The spa pool will fill itself with water (which is also handy for the diving board)
The garden is sloped so that it conforms to the lake slope, and there are pillars to sit on the seabed
