Should be same as stock maps, if you're noticing a significant rate change I'll investigate for a possible fix.

is it normal or 3v3 resource rate is pretty low?

Agreed.

The map was inspired by open tank warfare, making infantry cross open ground to get to the center and infantry only flank. But if like you said some infantry only doctrines are struggling then perhaps some more cover options are in order.

I will be patching Wacht Am Rhine next before I can get to this, so expect at least a week delay.

Some playstyles like Guards focus on infantry right into the late game and if all the good cover gets destroyed it...

We did have some problems, but that was against rather large blobs. Now that you point it out, that could have turned out worse and there are limits to what can be done. Maybe I should have poked my nose into the editor to look at it. Still, I feel some of the rocky areas could do with more green cover, but that might be a preference thing.

Thanks for the critique DireEvangelist!
There are buried shot-sight-blockers on the cliff edges but perhaps they are not doing a great job. I noticed any mod that increases sight lines will allow units to see under the shot blockers too so be wary of that, let me know if you are using a mod and where you are experiencing problems.

I think the cliffs need truesight blocking and some small shotblocking so that units on cliffs and high ground have the advantage rather than being exposed. Especially the center VP. Truesight blockers are in Gameplay. There are also shotblockers, but those ones don't seem to work according to the cover/shotblocking overlay. You have hide an ordinary object with shotblocking properties within. A lot of the ruined building facades are good for that.
Some permanent infantry cover would be nice too. Boulder Cover 1 and 2 in Nature Cliff/Rocks are good for that. I've also seen people using ditch splines.
Otherwise a fun and good-looking map :steamhappy:

Thanks Orklord!
There does appear to be some Africa maps out there and some really great Africa camo/skins, which I highly recommend subscribing to before you play these levels for added immersion!
