This behaves exactly like the Sanic SNPC... Because it is the Sanic SNPC, but reskinned, with replaced sounds, so it is Breezy.

Made because after he used me Sqwidward snpc, he never used me high quality cancerous snpcs again. Mostly SonicPC94's SNPCs, which aren't cancerous as mine. This meaned I had to get extreme and unethical and controversial and make a SNPC of the youtuber him/her self. I hope I pass in my sleep.
