Cops & Robbers (Handcuff & Cable Tie Crafting)

Description
Welcome to my Cops & Robbers (Handcuff & Cable Tie Crafting) Mod that will allow you to craft both the Handcuffs [ID 1195] and the Handcuffs keys [ID 1196] along with the Cable tie [ID 1197]
You dont need any crafting skill level to craft them

I have tried to keep it lore friendly as I can

Crafting Recipes:-

[ID 67 Scrap Metal] x 2 + [ID 71 Nails] x 2 + [ID 70 Glue] x 1 = [ID 1195 Handcuffs]

[ID 65 Wire] x1 + [ID 71 Nails] x 2 = [ID 1196 Handcuffs Key]

[ID 66 Cloth] x3 + [ID 64 Rope] x 1 + [ID 69 Tape] = [ID 1197 Cable Tie]

but the handcuff and handcuff key it's pratice ^^ on server we can make many things with that (sorry for my bad english i'm french)

@Obsidevox you are right, But this version crafts 3 cable ties where as the standard crafting recipe in game only crafts one. I can remove it the cables ties from the mod if enough people want me to :smileyface:

Cable tie is already craftable. 2 wire and 1 duck tape
